I am a science teacher and Co-Director of the STEMM Program at Hawken Upper School, working to bring research into the classroom via inquiry-based design. Additionally, I am an entomological consultant for the Holden Arboretum in Kirtland, OH.
My scientific research focuses on examining how physiological mechanisms help organisms cope with environmental change.
